Trump is up 2.7% in North Carolina with almost 90% of the vote.

That will take him to about 231.

Everyone knew election night would have Trump up but the mail in ballots would break for Biden considering how often he attacked mail in voting.

We knew weeks ahead of time that would be the case. It should have surprised no one. Not the same dynamic here though it is close enough that we might have to wait before knowing who won. Mail in ballots are not going to break so hard for dems this time around.

What possible reason is there to count the mail in ballots after midnight on Election Day? The post office sure a @#$& isn’t open that late. So why wait?

It's not just mail in votes. It's also the blue cities which wait until the last minute to turn in their results.

This as well though I do not know about them 'waiting.'

I assume it is a lot harder to count millions of ballots rather than counting thousands. Even with more manpower, the increased volume is going to cause problems.

It also does not help that the largest democrat strongholds on the west coast are literally behind in time.

Most don't. Some count when the polls close. I have no idea why some still do this, it is moronic and always causes problems but some still do.

They should count them upon receipt. It is how any other institution would do things.

That election, however, was unique in that the mail in ballots were MASSIVLEY increased due to covid. There were FAR more than they had ever had.
