I heard yesterday that wild gyrations in the Market are a result of our debt downgrade. What would be a 100 point gyration in a AAA+ market is a 400-500 point gyration in a AA Market. Plus, seeing as how rating agencies are looking to downgrade us some more, expect even wilder fluctuations in the future.
