Hello. This is from Stratfor and unlike the practize from Stratfor this article is Open Access.
The article is written on 23. September 2008, so before US financial things happened.
Nevertheless the article is very good and related to "Global politics", what is at present and what the new president might be confronted with.

What a candidate says is not always an indicator of what the candidate is thinking.

I found this little pearl in that article-----these little quips of truth are so irritating. :lol:
