The mayor of Coldwater, Kansas, Jose Ceballos, has been revealed to be a foreign national who not only got elected while not being a citizen

The hombre has been voting for 35 years.

35 counts of election fraud is pretty serious. If I was Jose, I'd self deport as a better option than decades in a US penitentiary.

And he voted as well.

The thing that 'doesn't happen' keeps happening.

Really? A system of trust? For elected offices? Gee, and here I can't even get a job at the local McDonald's as a french fry salter without first producing proof of citizenship.

Well, there goes all pretense that:
  • Obumma was really a US born citizen
  • That Harris is really American.
  • That no foreigners illegally vote.
  • And that election fraud does not contribute significantly to our elections.
  • And why the democrats are so jumping livid over the slightest efforts to shore up our election standards.

Bet there was massive election fraud that passed Prop 50 in California.

I don't know who to be outraged more at.....Jose or the dumb shits that elected him.
It's no secret that the dumb shits vote for democrats no matter what. The question is about democrat politics that forgot about the Constitution and didn't even look into his legal status of their candidate. Is there a federal violation involved?

Well, the GOP is suing to stop that. I hope they succeed but believe they are going about it all wrong as usual. Apparently the argument the GOP plans to use is that Prop 50 must be overturned because it separated districts based on race.

I'll be surprised if the GOP wins with that argument.

IMO, the real argument should have been that Prop 50s entire motivation is purely political, worse, designed to cancel out the Texas reshuffling which was wholly legal as stipulated by Texan law, the time to redistrict is NOW between elections.

Whereas, it is actually ILLEGAL for California to redistrict now. They are breaking their own laws doing that now, which is why Newsom needed the special proposition offered to the voters in the first place.

Then I would add that CA's districts are already illegal as they disenfranchise many republican voters who don't even have any republican to represent them.

Now, there will be even fewer.

So in fact, Texas is not cheating, California is and has been for years. California is not trying to erase an injustice, they have been unfairly cheating for years and all Texas did was try to level the playing field.

Having succeeded, California is once again tipping the tables again trying to regain their unfair advantage.

nobody bothered to check his ID when he ran for mayor apparently, or it was a fake

As best as I can tell the town is red having voted for Trump in '24 by 80-odd percent.
