I really hate to say this but its true... we haven't won one war in my entire lifetime... After Boot Camp graduation we were packing up and the new recruits were downstairs getting ready to go for a run... they all were wearing running shoes not combat boots like we had to...
Maybe that is a small example of what went wrong....
