Let's make it simple: Non-citizens living in other countries have NO right to be admitted to the U.S. Aside from VERY limited exceptions (e.g., asylum), we should be admitting only those people who can demonstrate skills or knowledge which will be beneficial to our economy and do not pose a security threat.
