The M&P EZ line...why wouldn't these guns be for everyone?

Smith and Wesson just released the 9mm version of their Shield EZ line....as with the .380 EZ, all of the reviewers keep saying it is geared toward woman and people with possible hand issues that would make the easier slide a better match...

My question? Why wouldn't an easier slide be for everyone? Why wouldn't the easier loading magazines be for everyone? What am I missing between a regular slide and magazine and the EZ slide and magazine?

For example.....they talk about the easy slide for women, old people and people with weak hands...but what if you are injured and have to rack the slide...wouldn't an easier slide be better?

Just wondering.

Also....the tabs on the magazine that allow you to load bullets easily.......is there a reason this hasn't been implemented on a more widespread basis? Is it a room issue in the magazine well? It seems to me that this is also a common sense improvement that would be helpful for all guns....and as long as you don't make Maglula's.....what would be the issue?
