The Liberal Rape Myth

Back in the 50's you could slap a girl's ass and honk a titty and no one would think twice about it. Nobody gave two ***** about it because, hell, who wants to listen to a dumb woman complaining anyways? She needs to shut the hell up and get back to answering the phones!

Let's go back to those times what do you think cons? It would be great right?

Its her own fault for wearing a short skirt.

Obviously, she's asking for it and, as the RWs tell us, no really means yes.

The real victims here are the rapists.
Oh please....The straw man has arrived....

Really?

You believe that it is perfectly alright for feminazis to use sexual criminal behavior to enforce their ideology?

.
It is not the guilt or innocence of the accused that matters to libs, it is extent to which the charges can promote an agenda.

Just look at how Virginia gang rape lie is playing out.

It didn't happen, but, it brings to light the great problems on our campuses.

The great problem on our campuses is that people think this way.

Yea opposing rape is suuuuuch a terrible agenda.

Here's an article about the girl's father confirming she WAS raped and complaining about how she has been crucified by asshole conservatives:
Father of girl at center of UVA gang rape storm defends her saying she WAS raped Daily Mail Online
How the **** would the father know?
Is he a forensic investigator?
Conservatives?...Hey genius, the God damned Roling Stone is reversing itself because the alleged victim's story has a bunch of holes in it.
The RS editorial staff admits the alleged victim's story was not vetted and the reporter never bothered to interview the alleged attacker.
To you though, the facts don't matter. Only the agenda.
So you can pick an orifice for your agenda.

Thank you for admitting that you don't support an agenda that opposes rape. It's disgustingly despicable... but at least you're honest.

Go to hell asshole.
You stupid ****......I'm not discussing rape. My angle here is the baseless accusation and shitty journalism.

I said it was shitty journalism a long time ago in this thread you clown. Just because you agree doesn't justify your continued support for attacking rape victims.

What a sad thread, attaching an issue of sexual criminal behavior to one ideology and act like it is going to stick.

How utterly stupid can the OP be? Well, today, we found out.

This thread only got stupid when you showed up.

Really?

Hey dip shit......try reading the OP again so you can figure out what this thread is actually about.

1. Best be sitting down when you read this: Liberals Lie!!!!

Yup.

They have to because they proceed from crisis to crisis., and their just aren't enough crises for 'em.
The Liberal/Progressive/Democrat crowd needs to pretend that there is some imminent disaster....or who needs 'em.
And the alleged-almost-gonna be- victims need them!!!

Two of their fav victim groups are women and black folks....and they may have overplayed their hand vis-a-vis earth-dwellers, now that the Global Warming scam is unraveling.

This thread will reveal how they lie, and use the lie to construct crises.....and keep same in mind when you hear about to the current claims of racism by police!

2. And what fuels their game is the fact that truth is not a requirement for 'em! We on the right are far more wedded to veracity because we're simply better human beings than Liberals are.

....well, perhaps we'd be a bit more careless with the truth, too, if we knew we'd have the cover of the main stream media....

3. Case in point....some imaginary "War On Women," coming from the party that was and is led by a rapist.
It'd be funny if it weren't so tragic.

4. Now, the "Liberal Rape Myth."

" Women and girls are the vast majority of victims:nearly 1 in 5 women – or nearly 22 million – have been raped in their lifetimes.*

Men and boys, however, are also at risk:1 in 71 men – or almost 1.6 million – have been sexually assaulted during their lives.*

Young people are especially at risk: The majority of sexual assault victims are young between the ages of 16 and 24. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that 80% of female victims were sexually assaulted before they turned 25.*

[*Black, M.C., Basile, K.C., Breiding, M.J. Smith, S.G., Walters, M.L., Merrick, M.T., Chen, J., & Stevens, M.R. (2011)The National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey (NISVS): 2010 Summary Report.Atlanta, GA: National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.]

College students are particularly vulnerable, with 1 in 5 women being sexually assaulted while in college.***

Victims may be further traumatized by social media– through which the details of an assault can “go viral.” While this is an un-researched issue, a number of high profile sexual assault cases have drawn attention to this relatively new and disturbing dynamic.**

Libtards are slippery slimes.

No wrong again....it's you and that other liar who want to politicize rape.

Then uh, why did liberals run with the Rolling Stone article without getting the facts first? Well it seems that facts don't really matter, now do they?

Take Julia Horowitz for example, editor of the Cavalier Daily:

"This is not to say that it does not matter whether or not Jackie’s story is accurate. There is now a police investigation into the incident. Brothers of Phi Kappa Psi were moved out of their house after students threw bricks through the windows. Dean Nicole Eramo has received death threats. And it is becoming increasingly clear that the story that blew the lid off campus sexual assault has some major, major holes.

Ultimately, though, from where I sit in Charlottesville, to let fact checking define the narrative would be a huge mistake. “These events undoubtedly do occur here,” first-year Maddie Rita told me. “And while this report has clearly had factual flaws as well as rhetorical missteps, there are plenty of other fully corroborated accounts not only at this university, but at every university around the country."

...

"It is no accident that the article came out, and it became apparent almost immediately that there were very tangible things we needed to discuss.

Yes, the story was sensational. But even the most sensational story, it seems, can contain frightening elements of truth."

Why We Believed Jackie s Rape Story - Julia Horowitz - POLITICO Magazine

So just who exactly is politicizing rape? People like you are. It is a tactic of shaming. It is a way to tout women's rights. Well I think that is rather despicable to use such a traumatic experience to manipulate those poor women who really were raped. You use rape as a political tool, not as a means to educate the populus. Sickening.

The Left politicizes nearly every issue and yet, leftists like those on this forum can't see it. When one points out the politicization of an issue like rape, one is immediately attacked for being pro-rape...a clear strawman tactic and entirely ignorant, but common with leftists.

Can they really be this uninformed or could it be they are adamantly unwilling to accept any argument made by a non-leftist?

"One in five does not seem outrageous."

That's because you're a moron.

Now to give the vultures a lesson in mathematics to go along with the schooling on politics.....

8.Keep in mind the numbers of rape victims that would be necessary in order for the Leftist propaganda to be correct: millions!!!

Let's dip our toe into reality:

a. "In all eight casesat Monmouth in 2010, the victims did not want to go to the police or have the university handle their cases in a university disciplinary proceeding, said Nagy and William McElrath, chief of the Monmouth University Police Department.

Three other universities had more reported sex assaults than Monmouth in 2010: Princeton University — one of 55 colleges or universities around the country under federal investigation for possible violations of antidiscrimination laws for their handling of sexual assault cases — Ramapo College of New Jersey and Rutgers in New Brunswick.

Monmouth University hadtwo reports of on-campus sexual assaults in 2011,one off campus reported to municipal police, andone report of sexual assaultin 2012. Georgian Court Universityhad nonein 2010 and 2011 and one in 2012. And Ocean County College and Brookdale Community College had no reports of sexual assaults in the three-year period.

Monmouth hadthree reported forced sex acts in 2013,with two arrests. One defendant pleaded guilty. The victims in the other two cases did not cooperate, McElrath said. There have beenno reports in 2014."Sex assaults on campus

Wow....quite the high numbers in those samples, huh?

And, the enrollments:

Monmouth University...4600 students.

Princeton.....8000

Ramapo College of New Jersey...6000

Rutgers in New Brunswick.....42,000

Do the math.....it'll prove how Liberals lie.

So....not only is the Liberal "rape myth" an outrageous lie on the face of it.....

...but look at the fools rushing to whine about it being revealed!

You lie because you don't want to take into account the obvious fact that most rapes are never reported.

Is the Liberals bumper-sticker "College students are particularly vulnerable, with 1 in 5 women being sexually assaulted while in college" true or false?

Your lack of comprehension in no way suggests that I "lie."

"Not reported" is clearly covered in the thread, dope.

Again:

The statistics are:One in five women is sexually assaulted while in college, and only12 percent of assaults are reported. Simple arithmetic demonstrates that if the 12 percent reporting rate is correct, the 20 percent assault rate is preposterous.
Mark Perryof the American Enterprise Institute notes, for example, that in the four years 2009 to 2012 there were 98 reported sexual assaults at Ohio State. That would be 12 percent of 817 total out of a female student population of approximately 28,000, for a sexual assault rate of approximately 2.9 percent — too high but nowhere near 20 percent."
George Will Colleges become the victims of progressivism - The Washington Post

So, looks like you're the liar, huh?

I'll bet you're a real Cosby fan, the one black guy you really like.
Nothing in your link accounts for the incidence of unreported rape.

You're changing the subject, so I win, huh?

It is true

Same thing is happening in the military

It's about college kids doing what they've been doing for decades. Getting drunk and hooking up for an occasional night debauchery. The ground rules have apparently changed so hungover co-eds in can claim rape in place of simple regret for their actions. What happened with the UVA co-ed is simply a manifestation of this absurdity on steroids.

The days of getting the ***** drunk and gang raping her are done

That is why conservatives are so outraged

Instead, they now tap their toes in bathrooms at airports.
I bet you know all about that, and manning the glory holes too.
Only in your secret wet dreams.

Help me with this....are you a liar or a fool....or some combination thereof?
http://www.cdc.gov/violenceprevention/pdf/sv-datasheet-a.pdf

In a study of undergraduate women, 19% experienced attempted or completed sexual assault since entering college.

What is sexual assault?
Rape? Yes it includes rape

But sexual assault also includes unwanted groping or forced intimacy. Have 19% of college girls had their breasts or genitals groped? I'd say higher

Among high school students, 12.5% of American Indian/Alaska Natives, 10.5% of Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander students, 8.6% of black students, 8.2% of Hispanic students, 7.4% of white students, and 13.5% of multiple-race students reported that they were forced to have sexual intercourse at some time in their lives.3
• Among adult women surveyed in 2010, 26.9% of American Indian/Alaska Natives, 22% of non-Hispanic blacks, 18.8% of non-Hispanic whites, 14.6% of Hispanics, and 35.5% of women of multiple races experienced an attempted or a completed rape at some time in their lives.

I don't know.

Based on the conversations I've had with women on this topic, I'd say it is probably true. They tell me its more prevalent than I think.

The reason why I posted the crime link was to lend credence to the assertion that college females are more at risk. The statistics bear this out. Whether it is 1 in 5, I don't know.

And besides, sometimes rape is something God intended to happen. Right PC?

The rapist's 'child' is more important than the victim, remember.

A college girl is at a party, has too much to drink.

A guy pulls her aside and forces his hand down her pants or feels her breast. She pushes him away and slaps him

Is it a sexual assault? Yes it is
Does she go to the police? Probably not

If asked later if she had been sexually assaulted at college, she says yes

Why We Believed Jackie s Rape Story - Julia Horowitz - POLITICO Magazine

So just who exactly is politicizing rape? People like you are. It is a tactic of shaming. It is a way to tout women's rights. Well I think that is rather despicable to use such a traumatic experience to manipulate those poor women who really were raped. You use rape as a political tool, not as a means to educate the populus. Sickening.

Perhaps you just failed to notice that the OP talks about a lot more than these specific incidents. The author apparently believes rape is not really a problem, then she posts phony links to nothing to substantiate her idiocy.
If you find the OP compelling I can't say much for you.

I'll bet you're a real Cosby fan, the one black guy you really like.
Nothing in your link accounts for the incidence of unreported rape.

You're changing the subject, so I win, huh?

Here's another Liberal with the same lie....

"[But] we are living in a moment where campus assault is an epidemic..."
Girls Star Lena Dunham Opens Up About Being Sexually Assaulted in College - ABC News

Here in Florida, the two cities with the highest incidence of rape are Tallahassee, home of Florida State University, and Gainesville, home of the University of Florida.

FBI mdash Table 8 - Florida

On the off chance that you might actually consider responding to the essence of the thread....

Is the Liberals bumper-sticker "College students are particularly vulnerable, with 1 in 5 women being sexually assaulted while in college" true or false?

I don't know.

Based on the conversations I've had with women on this topic, I'd say it is probably true. They tell me its more prevalent than I think.

The reason why I posted the crime link was to lend credence to the assertion that college females are more at risk. The statistics bear this out. Whether it is 1 in 5, I don't know.

This, plus a calculator, will lead you to the truth:

8.Keep in mind the numbers of rape victims that would be necessary in order for the Leftist propaganda to be correct: millions!!!

Let's dip our toe into reality:

a. "In all eight cases at Monmouth in 2010, the victims did not want to go to the police or have the university handle their cases in a university disciplinary proceeding, said Nagy and William McElrath, chief of the Monmouth University Police Department.

Sex assaults on campus

University studies show that of every 100 victims of campus sexual assaults only five report the crime to police, said Koenick, the director of Rutgers' Office for Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance in New Brunswick.
Fifty percent tell no one, she said.
The most prevalent reason so few come forward is shame.
"They feel that nobody's going to believe them," Koenick said. "We live in a blame-the-victim culture."
