Basically the left is saying that Brady violations are no big deal, and they should never over turn a case...but what is a big deal to them is the Logan act. A law made in 1799, that has never had a single prosecution, and is unconstitutional. According to Obama not prosecuting the Logan act, not a Brady violation, is what is going undermine the rule of law.
