Matthew 6:24 "No one can serve two masters" is a biblical principle from Matthew 6:24 (and Luke 16:13), in reference to God and materialism. Jesus said a person cannot love money, and love God. Invariably they will serve one and not the other.

If you're a "Christian nation", shouldn't you be following Jesus' commandments first and foremost. That is the meaning of being a devout Christian. The JOY of living is a Christian principle and that means that you serve Jesus, Others and Yourself, in that order. Not Trump, Yourself and no one else.
