Let me say one more thing...
Don't do the typical server voice.
That's where you raise your voice an entire octave for like 90% of your sentence.

ROTFL!! I've been practicing, I've noticed my voice does go up, LOL!!

Actually one thing that worked for me was pretending that the people
were there to see me perform. Even if they are rude it still works.

Ya try real hard cuase that means your just not being yourself.

Speak in an announcer voice, by changing your voice a small bit it helps you to keep it under more control when you are nervous.

P.S. Not like the Monster Truck Announcer, "SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY!" More like somebody talking about the Thursday Night lineup on FOX.
