Some yahoo is driving 54 (freakin MINIMUM speed of 55) in the left lane... My plates say "Move It".. He moves over, flips me off, and I see his license plate, which says "Take It Easy" (a variation thereof).

I couldn't do anything but bust a gut lauging.

Don't consider him a road hazard, just consider him the Neighborhood Watch of the road. He thinks it is his responsibility to make sure you follow the speed limit, and if you don't to punish you by flipping you off.
