I dealt with weather on a national basis for so many years, I've come to love it,
hate it and sorta understand it.

It's the plot alright..There's a high pressure area over eastern Pa. that's pumping cold air
down here and a low pressure area over south LA. that's pumping in the moisture...So when they hit
we get ice...
