Luckily, when I bought my house, I stumbled on a pretty good one, and we only butted heads twice. Had my house picked, bid on, approved, closed, and I was moved in all within 30 days. She said it was the fastest closing she'd seen in 23 years.

I'll give ya that.. I get TOO much, so I want it to go away now. I crave sunshine and warm (65-70) temperatures.
