LOL....Watch states pass laws to prevent it.

Then again I sold my first home by just paying for a listing in WaPo....It sold in less than a week! Of course it helped that the wife was a paralegal and had good contacts with a title company.

Oddly enough, it too could become a game changer in real-estate.

It is patent pending but I still have some legal ends that have to be dealt with before I can share details.
