It don't happen all that often and it adds spice to life. Amazing in a place where it gets over 100 degrees in the Summer sometimes it can go negative in the winter.
Yep...I remember a take--off from there (Denver) in early summer...it was hot and we were heavy...I had my doubts about whether we'd make it (all the books said we would).
Nice they had such Loooooooooog runways...They're like that for a reason.:)

They were...but you could just feel you were on the edge. Controls sloppy..long acceleration time..It's uncomfortable.

I bet, sounds like running a race in a car when the track is wet. Trying to get the tires hot enough for traction is difficult.

Maybe somethin like that...I've never raced, but understand the need for 'X' temp for proper surface traction.

Now imagine the steering and suspension being loose until you reach that temperature, too. That would be a good comparison.

That would be the sux.

You have to run the car in a wavy motion in order to get more surface temp on the tires, in a car that simply isn't built for human comfort.

Well hell..get drunk first and it'll feel like a straight line.:D

Well, I found out that the reason I can't get my pics off this camera is something's wrong with the card. UGGH!!
So, I'm gonna try one more thing, and then I quit! :tng:

Warranty? LMAO!! This thing is so old. I swear, it's a good camera, I love it, just can't get the pics off. But, I can turn that card reader in and use that money for a new card, but I'd have to go to Wal-Mart to get them put on a CD everytime I want my pics developed. Oh mercy, why all the trouble??

Did you see? It is -7 degrees here now. Probably colder I haven't checked the thermometer in a while.

Yah, we have to stay up tonight. Santa is coming in the Mountains and I have to put the gifts in the back of my truck and hide them with a nice tarp. It will be even colder in Fraser, I can't imagine what the temp might be there. It is often the coldest place in the 48 states.
