I think it is both. The lady in the Durango obviously didn't even think to use 4WD on the icy roads, the kid that got in the rollover looked about 19. How do you get in a rollover on an icy dirt road? Well, you go too fast for the conditions. The kid had to be driving over 35 to make it roll like that.

We don't get anything either, well, no much anyway. We don't get enough snow or ice for the city to spend the money on the equiptment, so when we do get it (bad for black ice), then we're pretty much screwed! Noone knows how to drive!!

Right, they have the most direct points, but they don't have the rep power that USA has as far as I know. I think it may go by percentages or something.

It has to do with many things.
1. how long you have been a member
2. How many posts you have.
3. How many rep points have been given to you.
