The Lace Curtain is an effective censorship of gender issues related to men by Mainstream Media. All studies which show that men face gender-based discrimination are censored by MSM. In MSM, we never hear about male victims of Domestic Violence who are arrested, rather then helped. We never hear about men getting 63% longer sentences for the same crimes. We never hear about men losing careers and being expelled over unproven allegations. This censorship is described very well in the 1999 book Women Can't Hear What Men Don't Say by Dr. Warren Farrell.
What has changed from 1999? In 1990s, only a small special interest group was censored. No one else was aware that in a supposedly Free Society, information can be suppressed and hidden from public. In 2022, opinions disagreeing with Progressives on a myriad of topics are censored. Tactics which worked to suppress information on one issue are now used to suppress information on many issues.
