McCarty was given a chance to have equal numbers on the committee. He submitted two who were on the witness list. Pelosi turned them down. Mike got pissed and took his ball and went whining home. I expect now he had wished he named the others to the committee. This is not a court proceeding. It is an investigation and a presentation of facts.Well, we know that the committee can't tamper with any Trump witnesses or even GOP allies of his on the Committee because they don't exist (a common trend with these one-sided inquisitions it seems).

The DOJ could (and, the way it's going, very well might) have all the evidence in the world and still decline to follow-through, especially in a case with such high political stakes. But I think trump will be indicted by Georgia before the DOJ makes any moves.
