The Issue Of The Land

Not so.
------------------
Although the U.N. Charter is considered a “law-making treaty”, the United Nations itself is not an international legislature that can make laws or pass legislations.

it was not in the UN mandate to create states. The United Nations had no business offering the nation of one people to the people of many nations. Its General Assembly had neither the legal nor the legislative powers to impose such a resolution or to convey title of a territory; Articles 10, 11 and 14 of the UN Charter bestows the right on the General Assembly merely to recommend resolutions.

GA Res181 never went to the Security Council for approval, therefore it remained as a 'recommendation'.

-----------------
Israel’s independence is not a result of a partial implementation of the Partition Plan. Resolution 181 has no legal ramifications – that is, it recognized the Jewish right to statehood, but its validity as a potentially legal and binding document was never consummated. Like the proposals that preceded it, Resolution 181’
validity hinged on acceptance by both parties of the General
Assembly’s recommendation.

Bottom line, it is what it is. Therefore do you believe the Palestinians should continue on with their leadership & their ways or hang it up & reorganize?

The Palestinians are leaving their corrupt "leadership" behind and are doing their own thing.

The name Palestine comes from Philistines. Philistines have been extinct for thousands of years. There are no such Palestinians. Don’t believe me, believe this former Palestinian…

When Fakestinians lack any substantive history or material culture, then it’s hard to fill a museum. The “Nakba” bullshit can’t even fill a significant part of a fucking museum…

Jews are named for the ancient land of Judah. Why are Palestinians, who are Arabs and non-Arab Muslims like Bosnians named for Philistines who were related to Greeks and are extinct? Philistines are called Sea Peoples, because they originated in the Aegean Sea. Were early Arabs and Muslims seafaring people?

Palestinians don’t have Google? You don’t have Google?

I see. And don't forget all their international awards for their achievements.

Seriously Tinmore, what do you believe the Palestinians should do about their leadership of the PA & Hamas to better themselves & seek peace with Israel?

Palestinians are very humble— They don’t like to boast about their Nobel Prizes in science, their medical advances, their world-class educational and scientific institutions, their technological innovations. They do, however, like to brag on their family members and friends who have died as jihadists and shahids, the highest achievement among Palestinians.
