The Issue Of The Land

Polish_20210222_172400352.jpg

When you demand exclusive Arab domination
over the entire Middle East and North Africa,

and Allah insists on a Jewish state,
right there in the middle.

I believe the greatest of all cruel acts of islamic conquests was the near total annihilation of the indigenous Zoroastrians of Iran. And to add insult to injury the Muslims of todays Iran call themselves "Persians" Don't that beat all?

Who lived in the land of Israel first?

Consider the inaccuracies in the statement and question above: It is inaccurate to say Arab Palestinians lived there first. Jews have lived on the land of Israel continuously for almost 4,000 years. The land of Israel is the birthplace of the Jewish people.

It is not a question of which ethnic Religious Following was there first.
It is not a question of which ethnic Religious Following cultivated the land first.
It is not a matter of which ethnic Religious Following had what pigment color.
It is not a question of who held the deed to the land.
It is not a matter of language.
It is not a matter of who bled the most over the land.

It is about which group of people were able to establish:
◈ a relationship to the land of power and authority,
◈ controlled the land and carry out the traditional obligations the same as all adjacent sovereign authorities,
◈ supremacy in setting laws and ruling,
◈ independence from all other independent lands of different sovereignty,

(COMMENT)

There is no big mystery as to why the Israelis have it and the Palestinians want it. It is no big mystery as the why the Palestinians:

1. FAILED to effectively exercise their right to self-determination;
2. FAILED to establish an independent national authority.
3. FAILED to be recognized at the national, regional, and international levels within the framework of as anything by an outside observer.
4. FAILED to build and implement a framework on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States.

Recalling the UN Human Development Report 2021-2022 ranked Israel 22d (as a yardstick the US Ranked 21). The significance of this is that of all the countries in the North African and Middle East Region (NAME) Region of the World, Israel is the topped ranks nation within the entire region.

In the diagnostic Manual for Mental Disorders (DMS-5) there is a diagnosis that fits an overwhelming number of Arab Palestinians (and the associated sympathizers) that exhibit a pervasive and historical pattern of excessive emotionality and attention-seeking traits. That is, generally the Hostile Arab Palestinians (HoAP), and the ancillary anti-Israeli would-be courtiers, that place the blame and attempt to focus the blame on their own wrongdoings, onto the Israelis or some other superior entity.

All while under the boot of the world's superpower.

Surprise, surprise, surprise.
(COMMENT)

The HoAP (et al), the anti-Israeli, pro-Palestinian sympathizers, are often people who adopt the accusatory reasons of others that present their flaws and moral shortcomings to others; and use that as the explanation for "why they fail."

The HoAP (et al), the anti-Israeli, pro-Palestinian sympathizers carry out abusive behavior and immoral acts routinely believing themselves to be patriots (of some sort). The Israelis drove them to commit criminal acts which is solely intended to harm the Occupying Power, and to disrupt peace and security. They do this believing they are justified in what they do in terms of felonious activity.

Surprised? Absolutely not. This sort of recurring behavior and justification has come to be expected.

You didn't mention having a gun to their head.

Israel steals, bombs, or bulldozes everything Palestinian.

The question of who is right and who is wrong in this conflict is not as simple as the Ukranians vx Russia. And a UN Declaration won't solve it either.

It's much deeper than that.

Because at the heart of the question is the Muslim religion. People have put their faith in this religion. And if Mohammed is wrong and a false prophet then Billions of people have put their faith in a false religion.

And having billions of people admit that their religion is wrong is not going to happen....like ever.

International Law

Article 12 • International Covenant for Civil and Political Rights (CCPR)

1. Everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence.
2. Everyone shall be free to leave any country, including his own.
3. The above-mentioned rights shall not be subject to any restrictions except those which are provided by law, are necessary to protect national security, public order (ordre public), public health or morals or the rights and freedoms of others, and are consistent with the other rights recognized in the present Covenant.
4. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of the right to enter his own country.

Paragraph 3 is very interesting.

3. The above-mentioned rights shall not be subject to any restrictions except those which are provided by law, are necessary to protect national security, public order (ordre public), public health or morals or the rights and freedoms of others, and are consistent with the other rights recognized in the present Covenant.

They lived in the Syrian province of Palestine. Read the thread.

Only since about 1890. What would you call Muslims, Christians and Jews who lived in Palestine for thousands of years?
There's not one ancient chronicler that mentions the "Palestinians." One of the oldest, extant New Testament, the 4th Century CE Codex Sinaiticus makes no mention of them.

I don't think so. They were herders, merchants and traders, not so much agriculturists.

Who're they?
And what is it, when a culture is out of sync - with the land it seeks to dominate?
