What Tulsi did say is that the IC assessment was that Iran was not “building a nuclear weapon.” Fair enough. Nobody said they were building one, yet, at that point.

The actual concern was that they were trying to do so. She ALSO said, “Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile is at its highest levels and is unprecedented for a state without nuclear weapons.”
Other than enriching some uranium to 90%, there was and is absolutely no purpose in getting it enriched to 60% (which Iran had done).

So, once again, the reason for the attack against Iran was not that Iran was already “building” a nuclear weapon. The reason for the attack was that they could reach that goal within a couple of weeks.

There is not going to be any deal which allows the Iranian Islamofascist regime to hold on to their enriched uranium. Not only that, but when a deal is hammered out along those lines, a ***** like you will never admit that you’ve been very wrong.

One can quibble about how imminent the threat was at the time of our attack on the Iranian regime. But for him to claim that there was no such threat simply is not true

And you probably already know that Kiriakou had been convicted of disclosing classified information* and got a 30 month stint in prison for it. And what he illegally revealed was the IDENTITY of a covert agent. It really doesn’t get much more treasonous than what he did.

So, I’m not sure why you place much (ie, any) stock in what that ******* asshole has to say. And how does a scumbag like him, with his criminal record, get to know what our national intelligence community had “concluded?” It’s difficult to buy that he ever got read in, after 2012, to any classified material.
