They were the primary negotiators for the United States, which is the only nation to which they have an obligation.

No they negotiated a codicil of a previous pact deal with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of the UN and it involved 5 other nations....

Our European and U.S. employees had been exchanging heavy emails since the nuclear deal was made. From what I gathered most or at high percentage Europeans support this deal.
They do not want to go to war.

Obiwan...The previous IAEA organization is the same organization as today BUT the criteria had changed. Don't you think we learned a lessons from there to here how this inspections are conducted?

That's why it's so surprising that the Libs would openly support a deal that would fund more of that activity. You simply don't insure billions of dollars to the enemy to further their capabilities during a war....
