I wondered who the guy was that the cops in Ottawa surrounded to hide from cameras while they beat kneed and kicked him. Here he is and this is who he is and what they did to him and other peaceful protesters who were not doing anything illegal.

Those involved in beating him should be utterly ashamed of themselves.
