It could have encouraged more women to vote for Obama, because lets face it, you would have to be a stupid woman to vote for Romney. All he cares about is what you put inside your vagina, and what sort of medical decisions you make.

Unless you are a millionaire or a Mormon, you'd have to be a pretty stupid ANYTHING to vote for Romney.

The issue of abortion rights came up in Ireland. The same rhetoric went back and forth there that we've been hearing here every election year.

Until someone was able to prove that wealthy conservatives' women were getting abortions. They were going out of the country, and having sudden "appendicitis attacks," or "fatigue," or "anemia," or some other cover story.

Abortions are now legal in Ireland.

The same thing goes on here. Pay attention to pictures. You'll see celebrity women start putting on weight, they go away for a couple weeks, then they're suddenly thinner. It ain't Weight Watchers, kids.

The right fringe that got into power in 2010 has purposed and passed (at the state level) some pretty fucked up laws. Real backwards stuff.

To me, it's a very conservative idea to help low-inomce mothers with family planning and abortion procedures if needed. To cut funding to clinics that provide services to low income women doesn't make sense if you want to cut foot stamps and medicaid.

... and crime 18 years from now.
