Lol the way I see it is without being able to see the full picture of her legs amongst the bag of whatever she's holding having the exact same color as the background it's enough to make our brain confused. Much like the way magic tricks are performed with a lot of misdirection. (Plus the title says the girl with the skinny legs so our eyes tend to automatically look at the legs and I was fooled by this too at first for the record. XD)
