McCarthy admitted that we can't cut our way to a balanced budget.
So the only question is, what taxes get raised.

My recommendations are:
1. A remittance tax on money sent out of the US (gain $150b a year)
2. Remove the cap on SS & raise ages (63/67) one year (fixes SS)
3. Add a new tax on financial transactions (stocks, bonds, options, derivatives, etc.)
4. Add a new Federal Sales tax to start paying down the $32T Debt.

Those would balance the Federal Budget and fix entitlements.
