To the extent that reality still has any relevance in the public discussion, it was the Trump administration that investigated, arrested and charged Epstein. It was during Trump’s first term when Epstein, facing sex trafficking and conspiracy charges, died in 2019 while in custody, and a medical examiner ruled his death a suicide.

But according to Trump, the so-called Epstein files were written by Barack Obama (who left office in early 2017), Hillary Clinton (who left office in early 2013), former FBI Director James Comey (who left office in 2017) and former CIA Director John Brennan (who left office in early 2017).

How could they have “created the Epstein Files” given that they were nowhere near public office when Trump’s own team tried to prosecute him? I haven’t the foggiest idea, and Trump’s weird tantrum never explained how this could even be possible.

Complicating matters, the president appeared to reinvigorate the story he wants to go away, but changing his administration’s official line. What started with (1) the “Epstein Files” are real and important, transformed into (2) the “Epstein Files” don’t actually exist so everyone should just move on, has now evolved into (3) the “Epstein Files” do exist, but they’re fake.

Sounds like democrats have lied their way up their own assholes.

They fell for a scam, they went to college 40% dropped out, 50 of those that stayed were in jobs five years later that didn’t even need a college education. Add to that is Biden tried to unconstitutionally tried to wipe out their debt, debt the working taxpayer had to pay. He then wanted to add $6.4 trillion spending bill that fortunately failed because Manchin and Sinema voted no, that would have sent inflation into double digits, that would not of helped the poor. Instead he passed another $2.4 trillion inflation reduction act that actually added a tad to inflation which hurt poor people. He was setting himself up to get re-elected, which is no different than any other politician, plus he was in charge when the greatest separation of wealth occurred, so in reality, he threw the poor crumbs off his plate.

The “smoking gun” of names and sexual activities they were involved in has never been found.

Given the propensity of humans to over exaggerate guilt by association it's understandable to me that if there was such a list of contacts that it would be kept under wraps simply because there would be too great a possibility of ruining lives that didn't deserve to be ruined.

What did reduce inflation was the Fed in March of 2022 started raising interest rates from 0%-5% by mid 2023. This cooled housing markets, and business investments. Less borrowing, less spending, less inflation. Then we had pandemic supply chain disruptions ease as ports, suppliers got back to normal, then factory back ups and delays eased. Energy prices eased in 2023 and had a huge effect on reducing inflation as transportation costs eased. Then consumers started to pull back as credit became more expensive and pandemic stimulus funds dried up leaving the market with more supplies and less demand. Food supply chains normalized and reduced food shortages.

No shit! I know how the government lowers inflation. I knew it was being done when Biden was president. Trump said HE was going to lower inflation. Has he? Has he REALLY?

I love Biden's ideas. Generally viewed as ambitious in size and scope, it sought the largest nationwide public investment in social, infrastructural, and environmental programs since the 1930s Great Depression-era policies of the New Deal. Better than the BBB. And Biden wasn't going to lower taxes on billionaires. They would have had to pay their fair share. And how many jobs come with this? More than the jobs created from the BBB. And Biden would never kick poor people off medicaid. Only Republicans do that shit.
