Øbama had classified documents stored in an unsecure warehouse in Chicago. The Archive negotiated a deal 18 months after Obama exited stage left.

Trump was out of office only 12 months, and the Archive decided to end negotiations (he has already returned some documents) and called in the Feds. Even though Trump had the documents stored very safely in MAL which has 24/7 Secret Service protection.

He goes back to running a campaign without the Sword of Damocles hanging over him....well, at least until the J6th and GA investigations conclude.

No..she didn't. She screwed up, sure. But she was following what she thought was the proper way to do things. And when she was called out, she cooperated, was investigated, and had no charges filed against her. The emails that were found on the laptop were already in the DOJ's possession. But they were used to ruin her Presidential ambitions.
