Until TNHarley told me to Google it, I have to admit this shook me up a bit.

Seeing my cell phone address changed over to the DOD.
If anything, I would have thought it would change to the Dept of Homeland Defense....why the DOD?
That's related more to foreign threats and I was born here in the USA.
