There are 2 possible options, which in fact exist in an implicit form.
1) Great Inde (Apaches and other indian groups of this root, apparently of "na-dene" langs)
2) British peasants
The first point corresponds to the traditional anti-federalist right, the second point to the left and reformers (trumpsters)
But option 2 does not stand up to scrutiny: if the Americans were the heirs of the british peasants, they would have a "Germanic" character, which includes servility, modesty(in the sence rejecting greatness), respect for rank, collectivism and punctuality. But the American spirit is the opposite.
Hence the Americans are the descendants of the Great Inde.
If you object, then put forward counterarguments on the merits of the issue, otherwise I will not respond.
