'No, you are' is the only response from a party that has used race and racism since, jeez I'm unsure when it really started. The primaries and voter suppression are enough evidence of republican racism, or the use of racism as a tactic. Denial may make Malkin happy, but it hardly hides the reality of republicans. Oh, and the Cadillac mom didn't exist, in case you forgot that too.
"You start out in 1954 by saying, ******, ******, ******. By 1968 you cant say ****** that hurts you. Backfires. So you say stuff like forced busing, states rights and all that stuff. Youre getting so abstract now youre talking about cutting taxes, and all these things youre talking about are totally economic things and a by-product of them is blacks get hurt worse than whites. And subconsciously maybe that is part of it. Im not saying that. But Im saying that if it is getting that abstract, and that coded, that we are doing away with the racial problem one way or the other. You follow me because obviously sitting around saying, We want to cut this, is much more abstract than even the busing thing, and a hell of a lot more abstract than ******, ******. Racial Comments By Republican Candidates - YouTube
"The 1790 Naturalization Act permitted only "free white persons" to become naturalized citizens, thus opening the doors to European immigrants but not others. Only citizens could vote, serve on juries, hold office, and in some cases, even hold property. In this century, Alien Land Laws passed in California and other states, reserved farm land for white growers by preventing Asian immigrants, ineligible to become citizens, from owning or leasing land. Immigration restrictions further limited opportunities for nonwhite groups. Racial barriers to naturalized U.S. citizenship weren't removed until the McCarran-Walter Act in 1952, and white racial preferences in immigration remained until 1965." link above

"Since April 2010, A3P members have organized, co-sponsored or freely distributed literature at no fewer than 10 Tea Party rallies in six states, including Augusta, Georgia; Harrison, Arkansas; Baton Rogue, Louisiana and throughout California, where A3P was founded in May 2009 by Freedom 14, a racist skinhead crew seeking to establish a more respectable-seeming political front group.
Although it would be unfair to characterize the Tea Party movement on the whole as white nationalist, it's clear that large gatherings of angry, conservative, predominately white Americans are viewed with relish by groups like A3P."
