I put this in the race section because of the consistent claims about how the meda covers up black crimes. But what the MSM really covers up are things like this. We see the threads about the shootings, the gangs and Pastor Brooks here, but in a town of @3 million less than 1/10th of 1 percent of the people in Chicago were victims of shootings last year. 1,988 people were shot in Chicago last year. That's 0.00066267 percent of te Chicago population. There were more car accidents in Chicago with over 70,000, but the RWM kept talking about shootings and so we see the endless threads with stories of shootings. 418 people were killed in Chicago last year, again, that happened in a city of approximately 3 million people. Do the math. 418/3,000,000 = 0.0001393333 percent.
And this 0.0001393333 percent.is supposed to represent a huge violence problem in the black community in Chicago.

The Museum of Science and Industry threw a Black art party and invited out the community.
A month after the South Side museum hosted its acclaimed Black Creativity Gala, featuring over 100 works by professional and emerging Black artists, it opened its doors again for the “Black Creativity Experience: Art. Music. Party.”, allowing the general public to enjoy the program’s Juried Art Exhibition.
Visitors had the rare chance to engage with the artists behind these works, such as Deborah Awwad. Her captivating black-and-white photo of a downtown Chicago scene reflected through Millennium Park’s Cloud Gate sculpture is a highlight of the exhibit.
Among the distinguished artists was Keith David Conner, a former package designer who now devotes his time to creating art. His oil and acrylic portrait of James Baldwin is a testament to his commitment to producing positive and uplifting art that resonates with his community.
Robert Taylor III’s acrylic painting “Mwongonza Wa Jangwa” is prominently featured. Through his thought-provoking work, he challenges the negative perceptions of Black people.
