Because, as has been previously pointed out, but really anyone with half a brain could understand this, none of those groups are BLACK.

In other words, the Black Codes, Jim Crow and all those other laws and social mores which were specifically legislatived to oppress and control the lives of Black people, ONLY APPLIED to Black people therefore none of that affected them and their pursuit of upward mobility. This was all by design and is a fairly simple concept, for most people so come on. Where is that alleged superiority? Oh wait, that's right, it's only alleged, not factual.
