The Ukranians are definitely fighting like hell. The problem is that it becomes a numbers game and they need soldiers. The EU should send soldiers just as N Korea and China have sent some to Russia.

History has shown time and time and time again that a nation will fight far more fiercely in defense of their homeland than if invading. Even Sun Tzus the Art of War spoke of this. Ditto for the Spartans and so many others.
