Net new residential construction, not a rebuild due to natural disaster, is confined to the south. The flip market is either dying or slowing down nationwide due to too much competition. In NY and NJ housing prices are declining with mixed results elsewhere in the Blue wall. While none of us can know what the election results will be later this year this is not encouraging for the Ds.
