I had an uncle living in a newer development with a similar issue. At after midnight a basketball hoop on a driveway was used with lots of noise constantly. People asked the owners for a while to curtail as they had to work. Eventually they complained to the owners. My uncle went over and destroyed the basketball hoop. Nothing happened to him at that time. A few decades ago.

This is a rental home and when the kid moved, we went there on a Sunday and did the same thing. The landlord is a foreigner from the middle-east. He asked us what happened to the basketball hoop. We just shrugged our shoulders and said we didn't see anything. We knew that it was likely the next renters would have kids and wanted to do what we could to make sure we didn't have anymore problems like that.

Next time the Republicans take over the Federal government, they set up a scheme whereby the Federal government deducts one dollar of Federal revenue return to CA for every dollar spent on this ridiculous exercise in sissy-boy White Guilt... all the while insisting upon existing levels of revenue flowing into DC from Kalipornia.

The Feds could take the savings in reduced revenue-returns to CA and give it to deserving White Folk as a tax-free gift to offset what's being stolen from them.

Only about 60% of blacks vote. The others are too uninterested to care. This way, he bribes the other 40% to fill out their ballot, and voila! He wins the election.

The Democrats are losing their grip on the black vote. As blacks become more educated, they are leaving the party. Now they have to try and stop the bleeding by catering to blacks anyway they can, like hiring a lesbian black woman to be the White House spokesperson and nominating judges that can't describe what a woman is.

Nope. Only 62% of blacks voted in the last election. Newsom Is aiming to draw out the 38% who didn’t bother by promising them a windfall. That would be sufficient for him to buy the win (with OPM).

The most important point is that he would neglect the players with talent. In a country where success is based on birth and brown-nosing; basing it on talent would give us the leadership we need to get back on track.
