So um, why isn't anyone in Congress asking this question? Tennessee Staties are good cops. They had Abgrego Garcia pulled over for two hours. Not a routine traffic stop. Probably expecting the feds to want to interrogate Garcia, who was already in the system after many immigration court appearances, they must have been surprised at the answer.

Biden’s FBI Ordered TN Highway Patrol to Release ‘Maryland Man’ Recently Deported to El Salvador After He Was Detained in 2022 Traffic Stop on Suspicion of Human Trafficking

April 16, 2025 Tom Pappert

"The Tennessee Star learned on Wednesday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the Central American gang Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) who was deported to El Salvador under President Donald Trump amid legal action claiming the removal was by mistake, was suspected of being engaged in human trafficking by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer who detained him in December 2022, leading the THP to contact the FBI for guidance. Within two hours, the FBI ultimately requested the THP release Garcia and the passengers in his vehicle. THP complied with the request....

THP subsequently called the FBI, which was then led by former Director Christopher Wray under the Biden administration. The FBI instructed the THP officers at the scene to capture photographs of all eight people in the vehicle and document its contents.

Once the photographs were captured, this source told The Star that the FBI requested THP release all eight individuals and that the THP officers complied with this request.

The Star learned that the circumstances of the stop made the THP officer responsible for the stop concerned that Abrego Garcia was engaged in human trafficking, but that Abrego Garcia and his passengers were nonetheless released at the request of the FBI....

Sources familiar with the Computerized Dispatch Report of the incident told The Star that the officer who filed the report confirmed that the seven individuals in the van were being transported from Texas to Maryland by Garcia."

Who cares what the dumb ass cop suspected? Cops are wrong a lot.

In summation, you have no evidence against this man.

You have proved racial profiling exists though

The same reason they made a goon raid on Mar-A-Lago and chased down every citizen remotely associated with J6. They are anti-American scum.

It’s called SOP.

Standard Operating Procedure.

He was suspected of human trafficking by a cop and was let go after they ran his name.

The only reason I can think of why the FBI would issue such a directive, is the guy was an informer.

It's kind of a conspiracy theory I guess, but think about the ramifications.

Let's say he was an informer for Wray. And Trump and Kash are trying to clean out the debris in the Bureau. So this guy's name appears on one of Elon's lists. "Informer without a control." AI stuff.

So someone gets the list, passes it to CIS, says "you can start here". That's probably how much vetting it got. The boss wants results, so they act fast. Next thing you know there's 150 people waiting for a plane in Texas.

The FBI does take care of its own ... sometimes ... and those computers have an awful lot of information, this guy might have a big file somewhere.

If the FBI is going to "order" him released, there must be a reason. It could be as simple as, they're overworked and no one is available to take your call. But why didn't they say "issue a citation so we can track him"? Or maybe, in Wray and Biden's case, they just don't care. They know exactly what's going on but they're going to allow it to happen anyway. Ordering a release is something different from we don't care, isn't it? The way this happened suggests they had an internal reason of some kind.

Wow you people are pathetic. Keep defending this kind of shit. More election wins for us.

Nope. Feds under Biden simply had orders to let all illegals go if caught.

Because it happened in 2022. If this had happened a few months before the 2024 election with illegal immigration being so high of an issue, he would’ve had them arrested deported and used it to help him try to win the election. It’s all about timing.

No jackass! The FBI keeps track of criminals. So the cop checked with them to see if he was a bad hobre. The FBI said no let him go. That's the fucking end of the fucking story you fucking nazi's. You hate fake news but you're the ones swallowing it. Consuming mass amounts of it.

Who's putting the emphasis on "ORDERED" him released?

See you have to start catching fake news better than you do now. My brother got me to be good at spotting it on HuffPo and NPR. Now you need to start waking up to the fact you eat fake news for breakfast lunch and dinner.

An even larger question is he was from Maryland and on his way to Maryland with a carload of whatever's and then the senator from Maryland goes to visit him in a foreign land. Why ??? Sounds like some form of government asset.

I have a much more simple theory. The person at the FBI who got this call unfortunately ended up being a democrat who cared more about his weird politics than the rule of law, and this nation paid the price for it.

There’s no evidence they DID issue any directive.

All I could find is that they weren’t interested

And then the cop let the guy go

Sounds like you're a typical MAGA conspiracy theorist.

A bigger question is why can't they be prosecuted for it?
Because it never happened. That's why the Tenn Turd said "We have the names and badge numbers of the officers involved, but we're not going to give them out."
