Haitian Senator Gracia Delva made a huge declaration live on the radio calling on all Haitian citizens who are best qualified to serve their country as Senators of the Republic to run for office despite their fears.
"There are many other Haitians citizens who are much more qualified than myself to be Senator of the Republic but they are so affraid of politics that they do not run for office, or worse, they leave the country and settle for any odd jobs overseas.
