Like I said, appoint the best person for the job and stop trying for an artificial balance of skin color. One notices that you have no problem with certain sports being dominated by dark-skinned people. To be consistent, you should be shrieking for DEI hires in the NBA and NFL. There should be a certain percentage of short, pudgy white people on the court and on the field at any given time.

Recruiting or retaining linguists with native-level fluency in nuanced languages like Russian or Chinese — often cultivated in specific cultural contexts and family settings — would become a major obstacle, these people add.

Under a plan pushed by the director, Kash Patel, and his deputy, Dan Bongino, the F.B.I. will start welcoming new classes of recruits who will receive less training and no longer be required to have a college degree, according to people familiar with the plan who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe it.

The shift comes as the agency anticipates losing more than 5,000 employees by September, largely as a result of agents, analysts and others taking severance or early retirement packages offered by the Trump administration to try to reduce the budget.

Based on many of the moronic, DEI, woke, race and gender studies degrees many colleges are pumping out, those degree holders graduate knowing less than they did when they started.

If those clowns are excluded and normal high school graduates are hired, we'll see a massive improvement.
