If your a Felon or a judge says your mental issues are a trigger then Firearms previously legally owned should be seized

I’d be shocked if he obtained this gun through legal channels. Because it is easy for people to steal or gain access to guns illegally, the focus needs to be on preventing illegal access to firearms.

Exactly. The system needs to be revamped and kept up to date, and if the status changes it should trigger authorities to repossess those firearms, and maybe sic Bork on them to nom nom. Bork like nom nom.
