The Houston Chronicle is reporting that over 1M early voters have voted in Harris County already. The TOTAL votes cast--early and on election day in 2016 was 1.3 Million. Put another way, 300,000 more voters and Harris County would equal it's total votes cast in 2016.

Biden's only hope of winning Texas and GA is to run up the score in the urban areas and tread water everywhere else. Don't think he's going to win either state but this could bode well for gains by the Democrats in down ticket races.
