Texas bill would make identifying as transgender a felony punishable by jail

Where exactly is this happening?
It's not happening anywhere, and never has, is my point.

No one is "checking genitals" to keep boys off the girls teams or out of the girls' bathrooms. Guy gets dropped from the boys track team for being too slow and suddenly announces that he is a girl, eveyone knows what up. And what will be up if he's allowed in the girls' locker room. The media doesn't show it, and I'm glad. But of course spectators watching "Lia" Thomas at swim meets had to see his bulge.

As to the bathrooms, tranies are pretty easy to spot. Sure, some will sneak in, precisely because we will never post up outside the ladies room for vagina inspections before they go it.

Unbelievable that pretending they will is the "logic" that Hakeem Jefferies uses to justify males in female spaces and female sports. Not some drug-addled radical wokester on NPR, but the leader of the House Democrats.

First article is from 2019 and is about a Canadian.

Second article is about stock valuation drop at an Alaskan crazy christian women taking pictures in a bathroom of another person not defined as transgender.

So there's that.

Dismiss all you want, again those were the first two I found.

If that’s so private, why put the stalls in a room at all, instead of out in the open?

I don’t believe you’re serious about this. I never do. I think Democrats are just trolling when they say stuff like that. Very very few them would actually want their wives or daughters or sisters to be forced to share a bath room or locker room with a male.

This is something that college boys believe, not grown-ups.
Common Seymour !! What the hell are you blathering about now? your too obsessed with bathrooms to the detriment of the actual deeper social and political issue. You must spend a lot of time in those stalls fantasizing about who is going to peek through the crack. It's understandable. Mental constipation goes hand in hand with the usual usage of the word

<psssst>

trans people have been using public bathrooms forever. y'all just don't notice or realize who they are.
Yes, of course. We didn’t notice because the made the effort to resemble females.

Todays trannies are often lazy-ass Gen Z types who want to look like this:

And rage at anyone who says “dude where you going” as they walk into the ladies room.

No.

YOU may not notice or realize who they are, but YOU live in the same unicorns and fairy dust world they live in.

.

Is that what happened before we recently started allowing men to use the women and girls' restrooms?
A Republic Is a Foster Government

"We" didn't allow anything. It's time to take the law back into our own hands. "Consent of the governed" means veto power over what the sheltered and ignorant elitists decide is best for the country, including our culture and our economy.

Easy Rider Played by the Son of a Multimillionaire

The hippies, who were actually preppies, started this sexual dysphoria with their girly long hair. Accept that disgusting look and it wasn't long before we started accepting transexuals. The one led directly to the other, because of the power of the tiny group pushing both.

Also, nobody who looked like those scruffy freaks could get a job back then. The only logical conclusion from that, which our "education" prevents us from making, is that they were living off trust funds.

Like co-unelected president Leon.

The OP is a lie or designed to be misleading. It is not a felony to identify as trans, just to lie to the government or to employers. Which is reasonable. I would expand that to include any potential sex partners.
