If I remember the story completely, the Trump pickup driver got a ticket for following too closely and the Biden/Harris driver got a ticket for negligent driving and illegal lane change AND his insurance had to pay for the repairs to the Trump pickup truck because the Biden/Harris driver forced the collision.
