THE PRICE OF AN ELECTRIC FILLUP IS $25 as compared to an average $60 for a gas fillup, and supercharging stations are everywhere....but, again, wouldn't expect a KNOW IT ALL, to KNOW IT ALL!

Only when a stupid jerk doesn't plan ahead. The same can be said for gas and diesel and hydrogen.

Our Model 3, fully charged (and we have a 220 in the garage) will go 342 miles, nearly from SF to LA; of course on Hwy 5 there are Tesla Power Stations along the way. With solar panels on our roof and charging both of our electric cars (Chevy Bolt & the Model 3) at home we will never need to change oil, buy gas or pay for tune ups.

BTW, the Long Range Model 3 we own was rated:

• 353 miles of range, top speed of 145 mph, and a zero-to-60 time of 4.2 seconds (Long Range)

The answer is that electric vehicles are not recognized by the like of SCCA, NASCAR, etc.....and the numbers on a Tesla as the battery goes down stays close to full charge numbers!

For an all electric vehicle in the 1/4 mile that is a REGULAR PRODUCTION CAR, that you can buy TODAY....ALSO FASTER than a Bugatti Veuron in acceleration!, which currently is priced between $3-$8 MILLION depending on the model...The Tesla Plaid isn't even out 2 months and setting records!

Why not CALL TESLA, and see if their PLAID Model is available, or look at the dozens of people that just got them on youtube...do you need links?....Sports car is supposed to be out in 2023 doing 1/4 mile in the 8 second zone.
