I agree with this. We can't have racially equality when people are constantly being singled out and divided based on what they look like. When I lived in Charlotte I was very irritated that the Mecklenburg County School District employed a diversity director at a six figure salary, meanwhile, they would claim they didn't have the funding for enough teaching staff.
