Very, very funny, exactly what I was hoping a Tenacious D movie would be like. I'm disappointed at how bad the previews were, as this movie was far better than they made it seem. Sure, the plot makes little sense, much of the dialogue is clearly improvised, and the special effects were terrible, but that adds to the fun. It's along the same lines as Anchorman, mostly just short vignettes held together by the loosest plot.
Quite a few classic rock cameos, too. And, of course, a lot of familiar faces (Ben Stiller, Tim Robbins, etc.).
