Ok...so I was outside and on the cell phone reading the news and ran across teas that help with all sorts of stuff. Top 7 teas for anti inflamatory problems (RA, A, joint pain, etc) are...

  1. Ginger Teas. Ginger is a popular ingredient in many herbal and caffeinated teas, and is well-known for its powerful anti-inflammatory effects. ...
  2. Turmeric Teas. ...
  3. Chamomile Teas. ...
  4. Rose Petal and Rosehip Teas. ...
  5. Cinnamon Teas. ...
  6. Clove Teas. ...
  7. Lemongrass Teas. ...
  8. Licorice Teas.
I wonder if this will help my back. And YOUR back/joints.

All look fine except the licorice. Eww.

You can't go wrong with a solid ginger green tea. I love it personally, and it has a huge calming effect on My stress.

This is why after reading this forum, I drink it by the gallon!

haha

I gave my hubby, who had bad osteoarthritis, ginger tea, cinnamon and honey, and this supplement Boswellia Complex After a few months, he simply stopped taking that huge arthritis-strength dose of tylenol.

What is the brand name? I am in amazon now, shopping.

It would not hurt to keep a film of green tea in throat and mouth. Epigallocatechins from tea are anti-SARS-CoV-2.
