Teaching sexual consent in public schools

I recently stumbled upon the 'petition to teach sexual consent in public schools' as a victim of rape I think this is a great way to educate the youth on a huge problem in our country. We need a lot more votes but I think that this is a really good idea for our society. Please give it a look

What does the term "teach sexual consent" mean? Wouldn't "restraint" be more logical to use than "consent" or did we give up on today's kids?
