Dude, I jack hammered the floor in the basement so we could lay the pipe. I had to wheel barrel those blocks of concrete out of the basement. We layed 4x4's on the stairs and I had to haul wheel barrels full of cement up the stairs. I don't know how I did it. Other than I was a bad ass son of a bitch back then. Bench 350. Squat 405.
